Welcome to the Dromos Shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dromos Shop, including purchases made through the site. The shop is operated by Dromos Labs (“Dromos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Products and Availability
We do our best to accurately represent our products, including their colors, materials, dimensions, availability, and other details. However, appearance may vary depending on your device or display, and we cannot guarantee that all product information will always be complete or error-free.

All products and orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors or inaccuracies, or cancel or limit an order when necessary, including due to inventory availability, pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud or misuse, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount.

Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping rates may change without notice. Applicable shipping costs, taxes, discounts, and other charges will be shown at checkout where available.

Payments are processed through Shopify and its applicable payment providers. Dromos does not directly store your full payment card information.

Shipping
We offer shipping to many destinations worldwide. Available destinations, shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are determined at checkout and may vary based on your location, carrier availability, applicable laws, or other circumstances outside our control.

We reserve the right to limit or suspend shipping to certain destinations at any time.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Dromos is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Items
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at shop@dromos.xyz. Eligible claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Dromos reserves the right to deny a refund, replacement, or exchange where a request does not meet the requirements of this policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Complimentary and Gifted Products
Complimentary or gifted products are not eligible for refunds. Replacement or exchange requests may be considered at Dromos’s discretion and are subject to product and size availability. Replacements and exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

Private Collection Access and Promotional Codes
Certain products, collections, offers, or areas of the site may be made available only to invited or eligible individuals.

Access credentials, PINs, invitations, promotional codes, and discount codes provided for private collections or offers are intended only for their designated recipients and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or distributed.

Dromos may modify, limit, or revoke access or offers at any time, including in response to unauthorized sharing, misuse, suspected abuse, or product availability.

Intellectual Property
The Dromos Shop and its content, including trademarks, logos, product designs, graphics, photography, video, text, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Dromos and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our content without permission.
